Appeal to the Ministry of Preschool and School Education
My objection relates to this particular order. That is, I am against the teacher's weekly school-to-school march. Because it's an insult to teachers like us who work in a remote area.
I am not opposed to the decisions of the Ministry of Preschool and School Education. Just...
In accordance with the Order of the Ministry of Education dated August 7, 2024 No. 246, from the 2024-2025 academic year, it is planned to gradually introduce "Professional Development Day" and "Professional Development Hour" events in the cross-section of subjects for teachers of general secondary education institutions.
My objection relates to this particular order. That is, I am against the teacher's weekly school-to-school march. Because it's an insult to teachers like us who work in a remote area.
I have been teaching primary school students at school No. 84 in Kushrabat district for 30 years. Our lesson hours do not reach one rate, we receive a salary of two and a half to three million soums. If I spend one hundred thousand soums on a taxi and forty-fifty thousand soums on meals to attend the "Day of Professional Development" and "Professional Development Hour" events every week, then I will spend six hundred to seven hundred thousand soums a month. So what's left for my family?
Today we live in the age of modern information technologies. It is possible to obtain knowledge, advanced training and gain experience remotely. Please consider measures to create a better environment for the teacher. Is it not possible to do such events through the zoom platform? Or it would be advisable if the travel expenses of the teacher attending the events were paid.
An ordinary teacher who is hopeful about results
