Light rain began in the city. In the morning, the air was clean, the late autumn air suddenly changed. Especially for this city, located between Chatkal and Kurama, changeable, cool weather is typical. Usually, I would walk home and take a rain-triggered bus to my destination, from where I could get to my destination. The man is not numerous, there is a place to sit. When he stopped at the next stop, a boy also got on the bus with a small but large bag on his back. I think I should be in the first or second grade. In the back, I was sitting in one of the double seats on the right side of the window, and a middle-aged gentleman was standing in front of me. Sal sat down in the seat by the left window in front of him. In the seat in front of the boy, I saw a former teacher, now retired, who had previously worked at one of the city's two universities. I didn't know him, because I went out the back door. At one point, I saw a boy saying something in the man's ear, and I thought, "He must be saying something in his ear, it looks like he's coming." At some point, the man said:

"Well, what are you saying, I have kids like you, I have to feed them, I have to earn money for their education, and now I'm coming home from work, and at this age, I'm making money, I don't have a lot of money to give you," he said loudly to the child. The poor boy shrank even less, bowed his head, and leaned back in his seat. I couldn't understand what had happened, I wondered how the man had gone from being a drummer to a boy when the young man sitting in front of me stood up and walked over to the boy. He rubbed his head and held a coin worth a thousand soums in his hand. When the young man sat down, I asked him what he was saying.

"The boy didn't have money for the trip," he said, "so he asked him for money." Realizing what was happening, I said, "Bless you, sister." It seems because he was sitting in front of him, he quickly understood what the child was talking about! At the same time, I was angry at "this man". A grown-up, understanding intellectual, he worked all his life as a teacher at the university! It is clear that he will now receive both a pension and a monthly salary while he works, as he said! I mean, not the kind of person who really needs money! If he couldn't give money, wouldn't he just say no, we would give him this thousand sums!

How many times have I given money to a student at school, someone returned, someone did not. I can't count how many times I gave notebooks, pens, papers, the teacher always has notebooks, pens, paper in reserve! I will agree to what I have given you, and I will forgive you at once, so that I do not have debts around my neck! After all, they are still children! I thought, "If a poor kid walks home from school every day, why did he get on the bus because of the rain? Or maybe the people in his house gave him a path and he used it in his youth." Look, one woman gave it before I knew it! If he had told me, I would have given it to me calmly, without showing it to anyone. This man wore a cap on his head, and when he saw his age and thought that he must be a good person, he drew a child!

At the same time, I thought: I am also a teacher at school now, but I have already learned how to deal with a small child in such situations. The behavior of the former teacher of the institute showed that he was far from pedagogy. Even before school, before the closure of that university, I myself worked in the same team with this man, but at that time I did not know his behavior. At that time, I was young myself. When the institute closed and I came to work at the school, I practically felt that there was a big difference between a higher education institution and a school. In higher education, it was enough just to study, give orders, demand! Because every person is an adult, independent and responsible for what he does. And in order to work at school, an adult must be able to be like a child, know the psychology of the child, be able to interact with a student of primary, secondary, high school according to his age! And children are still caves, adults! Yes, being a teacher at school is difficult! After this situation, I was once again convinced that it is difficult for a teacher who has worked in higher education for many years to find a place in school, I felt it from the first day I came to school. In higher education, however, it is no different, for a teacher there everything is the same - a student, a graduate! For this reason, high school teachers are prone to demand! At the same time, I was reminded that school textbooks created by professors working in higher education are not age-appropriate, they have an incredibly scientific, complex formal style. In fact, school textbooks should be created jointly by scientists and school teachers!

The old man has worked all his life in higher education, showing his ignorance of school pedagogy, the difference between higher education and a school teacher, which is wonderful. But in order to acquire such qualities as cannibalism, as well as masculinity, it does not matter where to work, what to do, I am sure! When I got to my stop and got off the bus, I noticed the inscription on the windshield: "For the road - 1,000 soums. 100% for children under 7 years old!" As I walked down the aisle, an unpleasant thought flashed through my mind: it would have been better if this man hadn't gone to work at the school!
